Meet Carmen!

Without awareness, most people are trapped in cycles of sadness, anxiety and overwhelm. What if the tools you need to overcome that were already in your possession?

Carmen has invested the past 14-years in mastering the tools needed to free people from sometimes invisible cycles of sadness, anxiety and overwhelm. Her passion for helping people led her to acquire eight times the average hypnotherapist’s training.

While attending and graduating from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in 2010 and the Hypnotherapy Academy of America in 2016, as well as working with clients in private practice, she has learned just how close we are (and simple it is) to free our minds from the cycles that keep us stuck.

Christina holds a B.A. from the University of Washington in Medical Anthropology and Global Health, complemented by a minor in Nutritional Science. She furthered her academic journey by obtaining an M.S. in Integrative & Functional Nutrition from Saybrook University.

Prior to establishing herself as an integrative nutritionist and health coach, Christina’s career trajectory began as a personal trainer and health coach, specializing in optimizing body composition and muscle building for her clients.

Her transition to Arizona after completing her undergraduate studies exposed her to the paradigm of functional medicine, offering a holistic approach to health and wellness that resonated deeply with her. Since then, Christina has delved into diverse fields including cardiology, cancer care, biological dentistry and gut health, ultimately specializing in gut healing—a passion she has nurtured over years of practice.

Central to Christina’s philosophy is the belief that food serves as our most powerful tool in combating disease and dysfunction, particularly in today’s increasingly toxic environments. Her methodologies draw heavily from ancestral foods and wisdom, emphasizing the body’s innate intelligence and its remarkable capacity for healing when provided with optimal nourishment.

Christina’s nutrition coaching is marked by her dedication to instilling in others the belief and understanding of the body’s inherent ability to heal, given the right inputs.

Elena is a nutrition consultant and private chef based in New York City. She is Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition ®, the highest level of professional recognition in the holistic nutrition industry and which has its foundation in the most current research and nutrition science. She obtained her degree in holistic nutrition at Bauman College in Berkeley, California.

Elena’s practice focuses on providing a natural and personalized approach to wellness using food and lifestyle so you can feel energized, healthy and happy in your own skin. She is also a trained Intuitive Eating Instructor and provides necessary tools and strategies to overcome emotional eating and restore a healthy relationship with food.

Trained in the French Culinary School in Manhattan, and with years of experience in 1 and 2 Michelin Star restaurants, Elena is also a private chef specializing in Mediterranean cuisine with a strong focus on gourmet healthy alternatives.

Born and raised in Madrid, Spain, she currently lives in Harlem with her husband and her two kids.

Meet Lynn!

Lynn is a Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor with a therapeutic approach to wellness. She has a sincere drive to help people achieve optimal health. She has more than 35 years of service-related employment and her life experiences as a mother of three, a caregiver for 18-years and a breast cancer survivor help her relate to her clients and students with much personal attention and empathy.

Lynn teaches Yoga, Chair Yoga, Breathing Techniques and Fitness Classes.

Sarah is a nutritionist based in St. Pete Beach where she successfully helps her clients with their emotional, nutritional and physical health. She is a consultant for a variety of nutrition and weight management venues, including global company, Danone, as scientific affairs manager, where she is part of the Silk, Activia and Light & Fit health projects.

Sarah is a past-President of the Florida Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is also a past media spokesperson for the organization. She has interviewed with local and national television, radio, print and podcasts covering the topics of childhood obesity, food safety, pregnancy and pediatric nutrition, as well as all things culinary and lifestyle nutrition goals.

Sarah is a graduate of Central Michigan University where she received a Bachelor of Science in dietetics and has a Master of Public Health degree from the University of South Florida.

Introducing Tiffany!

Tiffany is a martial artist and self-defense professional with more than 26 years’ experience, who is nationally sought-after for her expertise.

After surviving a domestic violence situation in her 20’s, she created Peaceful Warrior Woman and Safe Adventures, renowned self-defense and personal safety programs that she teaches nationally.

She offers customized sessions tailored to solo travelers, hikers and adventurers. She also teaches corporate personal safety and self-defense for organizations including Amazon, Girl Scouts of America, law firms and various non-profit foundations. She has been interviewed and featured in numerous national media outlets.

Tiffany gives participants the tools needed to be aware and avoid becoming a victim, how to recognize potential threats, create boundaries, communicate and defend, if necessary.

She takes a very serious topic and creates an engaging, fun, safe and interactive experience for everyone.

Say Hello to Tish!

Tish became a C-IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist in June 2020. She completed her yoga therapy training at the Kripalu School of Integrative Yoga Therapy in Stockbridge, MA.

Tish also has extensive training in classical yoga from the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. She has shared more than 500 hours of direct teaching experience to be designated an E-RYT® 500 (Experienced 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher) with the Yoga Alliance Registry.

Tish teaches Yoga, Chair Yoga and Breathing Techniques.
