Meet Tiffany!

Tiffany has been keeping the heart of The Back Rub Company beating since it started on day one. Overachiever since birth, professional plate-spinner, and the slightly unhinged founder and CEO of The Back Rub Company. She is heavily engaged and the overseer of the company’s operations.

Tiffany earned her massage therapy license in 1999 and was drawn towards athletes due to her background in martial arts.

She specialized in sports-specific massage, working with other martial artists, mountain bikers, gymnasts, and dancers. A few years into her private practice, Tiffany was invited to work and tour with Cirque du Soleil’s Dralion as their massage therapist. Without hesitation, she packed up her Ford Escort and literally ran away with the circus.

Upon her return from the show’s North America Tour, Tiffany founded The Back Rub Company in 2005, specializing in corporate chair massage. As CEO, she’s built the company from a one-woman operation into a nationwide service, crafting exceptional client experiences, leading team development and expanding service offerings across the United States. She remains deeply involved in designing customized wellness programs that meet each client’s unique needs.

Tiffany maintained her training in martial arts and in 2010 co-founded a karate school, Peaceful Warrior Martial Arts & Healing Center, with her partner, Richard. She’s grown into a self-defense authority with more than 27 years’ experience and is nationally sought-after for her expertise, specifically for women’s self-defense and personal safety for solo travelers, through her company, Peaceful Warrior Woman.

She splits her time between Arizona and the Oregon Coast with her sweet fur babies and is always on the lookout for new adventures. Her friends and family know that if she’s not answering her phone, she’s probably out in nature camping, off-roading, hiking, or paddling – you know, relaxing.

If Tiffany was a superhero, her superpower would be self-replication. Legend has it there are now 47 Tiffanys across the US. They’re all in a group chat. It’s chaos.

Meet Kristi!

Kristi brings over three decades of experience in business operations, marketing, communications, and the strategic execution of special events. Known for her remarkable ability to pivot, Kristi can tackle projects at a moment’s notice and drive it to completion with precision. Her organized, analytical mindset is just what The Back Rub Company needed to help with strategic planning, hitting the team’s goals, and maintaining a consistent, high-impact brand message.

Kristi recently moved to Idaho from Wisconsin with her family – a Wisconsinite Cheesehead to an Idahoan – BUT still a Packer, Badger, and Brewers fan. A true believer in staying grounded and following one’s instincts, Kristi approaches a challenge as an adventure. During her free time, she is an avid outdoor and martial arts enthusiast who enjoys traveling, gardening, and photography. Whether she is fishing, hiking, at home cooking and baking for her family, or cuddling with her family’s new black lab puppy she finds joy in the experience.

If Kristi was a superhero, her superpower would be the ability to vibe – an intuitive sense for reading the energy of a situation, a project, or a person to find the best path forward.
