Stress is such a normal part of our lives that we've grown accustomed to it. However now, in today's stress, it's more apparent than ever how important it is to take action to manage our stress. In this workshop, you'll learn the dangerous effects of stress and you'll leave with a deeper understanding of what's happening in your mind and body "on stress." We'll share tips that, when acted on, will help you reduce stress and enjoy your life more.

Session 1: Managing Stress with Mental Fitness

Learn how to manage stress through powerful mental tools that will shift the way you perceive and deal with the strain caused by our own unique mental, physical and emotional worries. When you understand that the tools required are already in our possession, you can begin to take action -and the stress you feel subsides.

Session 2: Life in Balance

Create a self-care routine that supports you and helps you to have more balance. This is an important part of managing stress. Learn to make your well-being a priority so you are better able to handle stress in life.

Session 3: Practical Tools and Tips to Improve Your Life

In this workshop, you will learn how to put into practice some practical tools to manage stress and improve the quality of your life. You will leave feeling more confident that you have a plan and the knowledge to use the tools discussed in this series.
