Strength & Stretch
Resistance strengthening using bands and deep stretching for long, lean muscles. Increases strength while improving range of motion, reducing injury and avoiding excess muscle mass gain.
Slow, graceful movements designed to focus and the mind. Muscles and joints are in motion and breathing is regulated. Calming and de-stressing, gives a means for motor control, balance, flexibility and can help improve posture and loosen tight muscles.
Structured interval workout consists of 20 seconds of all-out work, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated for a total of eight times on the same exercise. These bursts of intense work will torch calories and strengthen your entire body.
Poses are linked together to synchronize the body's motions and the breath, which increases mental focus, flexibility and strength. Helps to facilitate the movement of breath and energy through the body for a grounding and energizing experience.
A combination of breathing and gentle stretching, this slower-paced class focuses on alignment, relaxation and stress-reduction. Includes some Yoga Nidra (sleep-based guided meditation).
Fusion of Latin and international music and dance, featuring salsa, meringue, cumbia and samba combined with aerobic/fitness interval training. A mixture of sculpting movements and easy-to-follow dance steps designed to tone the whole body.
Using light weights, this class enhances sense of rhythm and coordination, while toning target zones, including arms, core and lower body.
