X-Press Boot Camp
Mondays, September 8th – October 13th, 5:15 – 6pm

Great for all fitness levels and a fast, efficient and highly effective way to get workouts done in a flash! Get a total body workout combining non-stop strength and aerobic exercises in a fun, teamwork setting.

X-Press Yoga

X-Press Tai Chi

Relax and rejuvenate with Tai Chi's slow, graceful movements. Tai Chi improves motor control, balance, flexibility, posture and loosens tight muscles. Numerous studies have shown that practicing Tai Chi on a regular basis helps to maintain a healthy and well-balanced body, mind and spirit.

Detox with the Doc

Do you need to detox? We can help! Our simple, yet effective detoxification program will teach you to reduce your intake and exposure to toxic substances and support your body’s elimination systems. This information-packed workshop will help jump-start your 10-day group detox guided by Dr. Toni Vaughan. Learn the importance of detoxification and how your liver works; the “nuts and bolts” of the detox diet; the “Dirty Dozen” - what fruits and veggies have the most pesticides; and how to “Detox” your home/work environment. Living Green: Improving our Health and the Earth

It’s more than just a hip new trend to “go green” - it’s the right thing to do for our health and for our planet. What does it mean to truly live an eco-conscious lifestyle and how can we define various shades of green with choices we make every day? This workshop will offer simple tips to help take the guesswork out of going green. You will find that by making minor modifications to your normal routine, you can easily make a huge difference in your quality of life, your environment and saving money as well! Learn how to reduce your ecological footprint. There’s so much more we can do than just recycle. It’s about having the awareness of eliminating plastic and waste all together and reusing quality natural products as well as renewable energy.

Meditation Night
Wednesday, November 5th, 6 – 7pm
Develop more clarity, focus and centeredness, as meditation is the simple and direct practice of moment-to-moment mindfulness. Through careful and sustained observation, we’ll experience the ever-changing flow of the mind/body process. We’ll explore meditation through various breath-work and subtle movements. With cultivated awareness we are able to accept more fully the pleasure and pain, fear and joy, sadness and happiness that inevitably occur in life. As insight deepens, we develop more calmness and peace in the face of change, as wisdom and compassion increasingly become the guiding principles of our lives.

Healthy Holiday Eating

For many people, holidays and family gatherings are a time for celebration. These celebrations often involve foods that are high in fat, sugar and calories and short on nutrition. With a few changes however, special occasion foods can be both delicious and nutritious. This month we will give you the tools needed to “survive” the holidays without gaining that extra 5 pounds.
