Client agrees not to solicit agents, subcontractors or representatives of The Back Rub Company directly for employment, contract or otherwise.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold The Back Rub Company, harmless from any claim, loss, cost, expense, demand, or damage, arising directly or indirectly out of the use of its on-site services and activities in connection therewith.
For the initial engagement, client agrees to supply a credit card to secure the event and to submit payment on or before the date of service. For all subsequent events, client agrees to submit payment on a Net-30 basis. Payment is accepted by check or credit card. A 3% convenience fee is added for credit card payments. Overdue accounts are subject to a service charge of 10% per month.
For massage and fitness classes, cancellations made at least 48-hours prior to scheduled appointment receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made less than 48-hours prior to scheduled appointment (but before the event day) receive a 50% refund/are responsible for 50% of the event cost. Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund/are responsible for 100% of the event cost.
For workshops and cooking demos, we must have a minimum of one-week notice to cancel. Cancellations made less than one-week prior to scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund/are responsible for 100% of the event cost.
The Terms of Service and the relationship between Client and The Back Rub Company shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
