What is your refund | cancellation policy?

SERVICES: On-Site Chair Massage, On-Site & Virtual Fitness Class, & On-Site & Virtual Mindful Session (includes: meditation, breathing techniques, sound bath)

• 100% refunded if the client cancels more than 72 hours prior to the event date. 
• 50% refunded if the client cancels 48 hours to 72 hours prior to the event date.
• Non-refundable if the client cancels less than 48 hours prior to the event date. The client is responsible for 100% of the amount due.
• In the event that The Back Rub Company must cancel, a credit towards a future event or refund will be processed to the client.

SERVICES: On-Site & Virtual Cooking Demo/Workshop, On-Site & Virtual Wellness Workshop, On-Site Mobile Spa, and On-Site Self Defense Class

• 100% refunded if the client cancels more than 2 weeks prior to the event date. 
• Non-refundable if the client cancels 2 weeks or less prior to the event date. The client is responsible for 100% of the amount due. 
• In the event that The BRC must cancel, a credit towards a future event or refund will be processed to the client.
