What is your refund | cancellation policy?

SERVICES: On-Site Chair Massage, On-Site & Virtual Fitness Class, & On-Site & Virtual Mindful Session (includes: meditation, breathing techniques, sound bath)

• 100% refundable if the client cancels 6 business days or more prior to the event date.
• 50% refundable if the client cancels 3 to 5 business days prior to the event date.
• Non-refundable if the client cancels less than 3 business days prior to the event date. The client is responsible for 100% of the amount due.

SERVICES: On-Site & Virtual Cooking Demo/Workshop, On-Site & Virtual Wellness Workshop, On-Site Mobile Spa, and On-Site Self Defense Class

• 100% refundable if the client cancels more than 15 business days prior to the event date.
• Non-refundable if the client cancels 14 business days or less prior to the event date. The client is responsible for 100% of the amount due.

If the client has already paid any portion of the amount due, that amount will be refunded according to the schedule above. If the client has not yet paid, the client remains financially responsible for any non‑refundable portion according to the schedule above.

If The BRC must cancel, the client may choose to reschedule the event or receive a 100% refund. If the client has already paid any portion of the amount due, that amount will be refunded. If the client has not yet paid, the client will have no financial responsibility.
