- Travel within 25 miles of our service areas

- 15-minute prior-to-event arrival
- No tax on our services
Additional Costs (Only If Applicable):
- Mileage — only if your location is 25+ miles outside our 80 service areas
- Parking, tolls, or transit — only if therapists encounter unvalidated parking, tolls, or public transport fees
- Gratuity — entirely optional: typical rate is 15-25% and may be provided to the therapist on-site the day of the event or added to invoice
- Expedited Fee — may apply for last-minute requests
- Event Change Fee — may apply for changes made after your event is scheduled and/or confirmed
- Additional Insured Certificate (COI) — $25+ per policy per therapist, requires a 2-week advance notice
- Early Arrival — a mandatory 30 or 60 minute early arrival will be added for conferences, expos, hospitals, hotels, trade shows, universities, and events where unloading, parking logistics, security check-in, etc. require additional time, invoiced at our standard hourly rate
