Wellness Fair Set for March 19

Residents of North Central Phoenix can get to know their local health, fitness and beauty experts when they participate in the March 19 Wellness Fair hosted by The Back Rub Company, a local health center integrating physical medicine, chiropractic spinal care, massage therapy and nutritional counseling.

The free Fair will include complimentary spinal health screenings, cholesterol and blood pressure checks, nutritional counseling, mini energy ‘tune-ups’ with sound vibration and chair massage while you wait.

The Fair will also include seminars throughout the day hosted by local health and wellness experts. Some presentations include: Core and Athletic Conditioning, CPR for Families, The Power of Antioxidants: Boosting Your Immune System, Chi Gong for Optimal Health and Well-Being, and much more. There will be several vendors on-site to answer health and wellness questions.
