Sonia has been a licensed massage therapist since May 2004. She earned an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Therapeutic Massage from Phoenix College and received training in Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Reflexology, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation Stretching, Corporate Chair Massage, and Sports Massage. Sonia welcomes clients from all walks of life and is dedicated to improving the overall wellness for each of her clients. Sonia helps others to learn massage techniques by continuing to be involved as a mentor in the Phoenix College Massage Program. In her spare time she enjoys meditating, watching movies, listening to music, shopping and nurturing friendships. |
