Katherine has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for more than seven years. She chose to enter the wellness industry due to her desire to help others improve their quality of life through fitness. Katherine has an Associates of Science Degree and is a board Certified Personal Trainer and board Certified Group Fitness Instructor through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America AFFA. She is also a certified Pilates Core Trainer through the American Council of Exercise ACE. Katherine’s training techniques include a combination of stretch, strength and endurance training to reduce pain and improve wellness. She has extensive experience in assisting people with the reduction of chronic pain, pre & post-op rehabilitation. Her other passions include all types of dance fitness, sports specific training, Yoga, Pilates, and a new favorite: TRX, a type of suspension training for the Navy Seals. Katherine truly believes that you ARE able to achieve your fitness and wellness goals without diet fads and pills. The strength and power is yours! |
