Daniel has a background in Electronics & Engineering. He transitioned into Personal Training in November 2008 as a result of his own journey. In January 2007, Daniel weighed approximately 475lbs. He learned about nutrition and leading a healthier lifestyle from researching and learning from others. He has lost more than 200lbs. and now trains others. His specialty is keeping workouts fun and focused on overall fitness. He enjoys getting people excited about working out and showing people they can do things they never thought possible. |
