Information: Lauren is New York Guild certified and certified through Power Pilates. She also has extensive training in Ballet, Modern Jazz and Musical Theatre. Lauren became interested in Pilates through her dance studio in NYC. Many of her peers were raving about the results and she decided to give it a try. From that point on she became a devotee.
