Christine started practicing Yoga in 2000.In 2009, she graduated from a
200-hour teaching program and began teaching immediately.In 2010, she
enrolled in a 500-hour Yoga Teaching Training program to further enhance
her understanding of the discipline.Christine continues to deepen her
knowledge through teaching, workshops and anatomy studies.She has
experienced how transformational Yoga can be in one’s life and aspires
to bring to others the joys and benefits of the practice.She believes
that not only does Yoga offer amazing physical benefits, but it provides
us the tools needed to better manage the challenges and stresses of
daily life. Through self-study and cultivated calmness, Yoga allows us
to access and connect with our own inner knowing to find clarity and
focus.It unites the mind, body and soul to help us become centered and
present, creating a more conscious, healthier and happier lifestyle. |
