Information: Tina's passion for fitness started through her own weight loss journey nearly five years ago, and through proper diet and exercise was able to lose 80 pounds. In 2007 she fell in love with Turbo Kick and decided to become certified for that format. She quickly added her AFAA Group Fitness Certification and Schwinn Cycling to her education. Tina's most recent certifications include ACE Personal Trainer and Hip Hop Hustle dance.
